For Monday Meditation Participants - Choose your Alarm Clock

The time has come to start thinking about the zen clock!! We have $99, almost enough dough now, so now we just need to cast our votes for which style to buy.

There are two basic types: the stylish triangle kind and the little box kind. I guess the little box kind is more travel-friendly (psh, like it matters) but I assume both are good. The triangle is $109.00, and the box is $109.00–$119.00. Shipping is $10.00 for UPS ground. The triangle kind is cool, but I don’t know if it will chime 3 times for meditation or if it’s
just an alarm clock. The box kind is more versatile, now-zen.com says it can be used for meditation and yoga. If we go with the box kind, i request that we take the “E” note one because the sound will be deeper. It’s the same note as the triangle kind. Believe me, a piercing high note is not very pleasant to end meditation with. For the triangle kind, we can pick the background.

So….cast your votes here, let us know if you want the little box kind or the triangle kind, what kind of wood and what kind of background.

I personally prefer the triangle kind, cherry wood with either the cloud, nautilus or dream kanji background, but i’m not sure if the triangle will be useful to us.

Regardless of what we choose, if it doesn’t work we’ll send it back.
