Great Yoga Blog

Check out Don Livingston’s Yoga Blog. It’s nice to read about classes from a teacher’s perspective. Many of his posts talk about how he sees the students and how he applies the alignment principles of Anusara to help all kinds of people get deeper into their practice.

    My father occupy yoga since 1975. We live in Republic of Moldova.
    This is a republic near Ukraine.
    I think mostly with taidzi tsiuani. He dedicated
    his entire life devoted to yoga. He is now lean(no money),
    but happy. But I want to help him. I decided to
    make a website where he would teach people. But
    at the last moment he refuse , said he does not
    want to stand for the video, it will aggravate it
    karma. And he does not want to move
    from grade pupils as a teacher, as is still much to
    learn. Over the life stuff he taught only his second wife for yoga.
    What can you advise me about the connection video and karma? He
    believes that you can not stand for your video .
    If it possible - put a link to our site http://www.video-yoga.com (with
    title=video yoga exercises)
    waiting for your answer

    Practicing yoga 2 hours a day centers and enables me to gain a fresh look on life and reality. Yoga is easier to practice daily once you have a partner to practice with.
