Good Economy linked with more Heart Attacks

This is the way I read it:

Great Economy=More Stress for the Individual

It’s alot of work to be number one. Obviously we need to figure out a way to releive stress at the individual level. So don’t forget to exercize, eat right, sleep right, meditate, keep lots of friends, do yoga and feel interconnected with all beings. Don’t gossip, don’t worry, get lots of sunlight, don’t get burned, stay flexible in your body and your mind. Keep a great sense of humor. Let things roll off of your back. Appreciate your experience, know that everything is temporary, know it is all washed away at the end of life. Help others, never tire of giving good advice, cultivate wisdom, cultivate fearlessness, transcend hope. Bounce. Transcend hatred. Take a daily vitamin. Take vacations.

Leap with great exhuberance.

Don’t waste this precious human life being efficient.

“During that period of time chances are you are working so much you are not exercising, haven’t had a chance to join a gym, you’re eating out a lot, maybe smoking more,” Ruhm said by phone from North Carolina.

“When the economy heats up, people often end up working more overtime,” Ruhm said, adding they might let other parts of their life go by the wayside for a while including health.
